Privacy Policy

This Policy is issued by Vesco Trading LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal business presence in Miami, Florida, United States. It applies to visitors of vesco.global (the Site) and to anyone who contacts us through the Site’s contact form.

The Site is directed to businesses. The personal information we receive is, in practice, the business contact details of people acting for a company.

Information you submit

When you send the contact form we receive the fields you complete: full name, business email, phone number, company, role, inquiry type and message. The submission also records the Site’s language (English) as a technical field; it is not a preference you select.

Information recorded with a submission

Together with the form fields, our server records your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, the date and time of the submission and an internal submission identifier.

Technical information from your visit

Our hosting provider records standard request logs when pages are served, such as IP address, user-agent, requested URL and time. We do not run analytics tools and do not track visitors across other websites.

• Review and respond to inquiries. We read submissions to determine whether there is a potential commercial fit and, where there is, to contact you.
• Prevent abuse. The IP address is used to limit submissions to five per address per hour and to protect the Site.
• Security and record-keeping. Technical logs help us keep the Site secure and diagnose problems.
• Legal obligations. We may use information where required to comply with law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Where data-protection laws such as the EU or UK GDPR or Brazil’s LGPD apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in evaluating and responding to business inquiries and in securing the Site, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on compliance with legal obligations.

If we start a conversation with you, the correspondence continues by email and is kept for as long as the commercial relationship or applicable record-keeping obligations require.

• Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts the Site and processes requests and logs.
• Upstash, Inc. (United States), which operates the database where submissions and rate-limit counters are stored.
• Twelve Data, the third-party market-data provider that supplies the reference exchange rates shown on the Site. Rates are requested by our server; no personal information is sent to this provider.
• Professional advisers, and authorities or courts, where required by law or to protect our rights.

These providers act on our instructions under their service agreements. We do not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers.

The Site and its providers operate in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on the safeguards offered by our providers for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@vesco.global. We will verify your request using the email address associated with the information.

The Site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are stored with our providers, who apply their own security controls, and are deleted automatically after the retention period above. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Site or in the law. The effective date and version at the top of this page indicate the current text.
