The website vesco.global (the Site) is operated by Vesco Trading LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal business presence in Miami, Florida, United States (Vesco Trading, we, us).

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is informational. It describes Vesco Trading’s business, its current market focus and its development plans, and allows businesses to contact us about potential commercial relationships.

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or to buy any product, a quotation, or a commitment to enter into any transaction. In particular, the Site does not promise:

• the availability of any product, brand or quantity;
• any price, payment term or delivery condition;
• the coverage of any territory or market, or any exclusivity;
• that any transaction will be concluded or completed.

Any purchase or sale by Vesco Trading takes place only under a separate written agreement negotiated for that specific transaction. When a transaction is formalized, Vesco Trading acts as principal: it purchases and resells the products in its own name and for its own account, and does not act as agent for either counterparty.

The Site includes reference tools (an Incoterms reference, a landed-cost estimator and reference exchange rates supplied by a third-party data provider). They are indicative and intended to support commercial planning only. Market information on the Site does not constitute a quotation, advice or a commitment to transact; it may be cached or delayed and, when the data provider is unavailable, the Site shows static placeholder values flagged as offline. It must not be relied upon as the basis for any transaction.

The Site is directed to businesses. Vesco Trading trades only with companies and does not sell to consumers. By contacting us through the Site you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorized to do so.

When you submit the contact form you agree that the information is accurate and that you will not include confidential or sensitive information. We process submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

We review submissions to determine whether there is a potential commercial fit. We are under no obligation to respond to, or to act on, any submission, and we may decline any inquiry at our discretion.

The content of the Site, including the Vesco Trading name, mark, texts, layouts, animations and code, belongs to Vesco Trading or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought before the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date and version at the top of this page indicate the current text. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
